Texas Culinary Academy Announces 2007 Chili Cook-off and Open House

What: 2007 Chili Cook-off

Texas Culinary Academy (TCA) will host a Chili Cook-off, free chili tasting and open-house starting at Noon on Saturday, November 17. The event will showcase the skills and talent of individual student competitors. TCA Chefs will judge the competition and awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

The public is invited to drop by for free tastes of the students’ chili recipes, tour TCA’s award-winning facility, and find out more about TCA’s Le Cordon Bleu programs.

“The TCA Chili-Cook-off and Open House is a great opportunity for our students to share the skills they have gained with the community while we get to share our fantastic facility and programs with Austin foodies,” said Chef William McKenna, TCA Executive Chef.
