TEXAS CULINARY ACADEMY, HILL FAMILY ESTATE VINYARDS HOST WINE DINNER

AUSTIN (April 10, 2008) – Texas Culinary Academy (TCA) and Hill Family Estate Vineyards will host a wine dinner on Wednesday, April 16, at the Austin culinary campus. Beginning at 5:45 p.m., the dinner will feature food and wine pairings.

Proprietor Ryan Hill of Hill Family Estate will be on hand to introduce each wine and share wonderful stories of the winery. Guests will also have the opportunity to view the winery’s stunning wine-stained Fender Stratocaster guitar.

The event, which is open to the public, will begin with a cocktail hour at 5:45 p.m; with one dinner seating at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person.  For more information, please call (512) 339-3850.
