Can It Happen to You...?

"My personal experience here at TCA has been great. I came in here with very little knowledge about food. Now I not only know more about food but how best to prepare it to give an extraordinary palatal experience. Above all else, I have learned that there is no end to this career. I am very optimistic about my future with the great foundation that has been set here at TCA."

- Jesus Garcia, Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts student.

Le Cordon Bleu

An internationally recognized name for quality culinary education. We offer Le Cordon Bleu Programs in Culinary Arts and Pātisserie & Baking. Students have the opportunity to graduate with a documented portfolio of skills mastery and receive the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Diplōme.

2

Competency-Based Training in Culinary Fundamentals.

At TCA, students can receive hands-on, competency-based training that stresses fundamental cooking methodologies. Our Le Cordon Bleu Programs combine classical French techniques with modern American technology and end with a practical structured externship in a property related to the student's career path. An externship coordinator works with properties and helps students set up externships.

3

Experienced Instructors.

Committed professionals combine lecture, demonstrations, and practical training to pass their knowledge and experience on to our students. Many of our instructors are seasoned professional chefs who actively work in the field, bringing real-world experience into the classroom.

4

Dedicated Staff

From the beginning of the enrollment process through your graduation day, TCA staff and faculty are here to help. Open labs with instructors, on-campus scholarship opportunities, and instructor-led tutoring sessions are just some of the ways TCA invests in its students' success.

5

Campus Facilities

Along with industry-current equipment and labs, TCA's custom-designed campus includes classrooms, a demonstration kitchen, student resource areas, administration offices, and a retail store. Parking is available for students, visitors, and staff members.

On-Site, Student-Run Restaurants

As a key ingredient in our students' culinary education, TCA boasts two on-site, student-run restaurants: Ventana, a fine-dining establishment open to the public, and the Bleu River Grille, a bistro-style restaurant. During the Restaurant Practical, students put their newly acquired culinary skills training to the test, spending time on the hot line, on the pastry and cold line, at the prep station, and in the dining room.

7

Career Services

Our dedicated Career Services staff helps students with resume writing, interviewing skills, and networking techniques and assists students and graduates alike in locating career opportunities. TCA maintains relationships with a wide range of contacts in the culinary arts and uses them to provide career opportunities for students.
